We are aware of a known issue where the Authentication Error is appearing even on systems running the most current version of 1.1.7. Please follow the instructions below to clear this error. Our Development team is actively working on a fix for this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you have not already done so, please update the Fitness On Demand app on your Media Hub to version 1.1.7, this version includes a fix that will mitigate the chances of encountering the Authentication Error. To update the app, open the Apps menu on the home screen of the Hub, select Agent, then Managed Apps, and look for the FOD app on the right. If the version number is not 1.1.7, please scroll over and select the FOD app; this will trigger the update.
