If it is at least 10 minutes prior to the event or video starting, log in to our website and change the class under the “Schedule” tab. If the class has started, log in to the admin panel of the kiosk using your PIN and press “Stop” in the class section under the “Sync” tab. If you have tried both options and the class is still playing, restart the application.
